Opening of the 6th Habeco Workers' Sports Festival
(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of October 25, at the provincial Sports Competition and Service Center, Hanoi Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation (Habeco) held the opening ceremony of the 6th Traditional Sports Festival for Workers and Civil Servants - 2013.
Attending the event were Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of a number of departments and branches.

The Habeco Workers’ Traditional Sports Festival is held every two years. This year’s festival has 21 units, which are companies and enterprises under the Corporation in provinces and cities across the country, participating with over 600 athletes, competing in 5 sports: football, tug of war, badminton, table tennis, tennis. The tournament will last until October 27.

At the opening ceremony, the Organizing Committee of the Sports Festival called on delegates, athletes, fans, and sports delegations to donate 20% of the total prize value of the Sports Festival to support people in Nghe An and Quang Binh provinces affected by natural disasters and floods.
