Opening of the North Central region music festival

On the morning of November 9, the opening ceremony of the North Central Region Music Festival (including six provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Thua Thien-Hue) took place at the Quang Binh Provincial Cultural Center.

The festival is held to honor creative talents in the field of musical arts, thereby encouraging creativity and advancement in the fields of composition, performance, music theory and criticism and music education.

In addition, the Festival is also an opportunity for musicians and artists from six provinces in the North Central region to meet and exchange, contributing to promoting music composition and performance activities, meeting the increasing demand for art enjoyment of the public in the period of renovation.

The festival, organized by the Vietnam Musicians Association in coordination with Quang Binh province, will take place until November 10./.
