This is a professional activity, a traditional festival of the radio and television journalists of Nghe An. Comrade Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee attended and spoke at the opening ceremony.

The festival takes place in 5 days (from September 20 to 24), with the participation of 32 units in the province; there are 206 works in the competition (of which 26 works are in the 5th Traffic Safety Film Festival - 2012, 88 radio works and 90 television works); On the first day, the jury will judge and watch television works on the topic of traffic safety, then watch the PTTH works and exchange professional expertise. The festival will select excellent works to participate in the National Traffic Safety Film Festival and the 32nd National PTTH Festival to be held in Vinh city this December.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Huynh Thanh Dien praised the dynamism, creativity, and sense of responsibility of the units whose works participated in the Festival; He requested the provincial press agencies to continue to propagate to all people to raise awareness of traffic law compliance; the quality of traffic safety columns, and the building of traffic culture in the community.
