(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 15, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command held the opening ceremony of the 7th training course on National Defense and Security for subject 3 for comrades who are heads and deputy heads of departments, branches and sectors at the provincial level in 2014.

Attending and delivering a speech at the opening ceremony, Colonel Ha Tan Tien - Commander of the Provincial Military Command highly appreciated the work of education, training and fostering of national defense and security knowledge of the Provincial Military School in the recent past. At the same time, he emphasized the importance and great significance in fostering and further improving national defense and security knowledge for the staff of provincial departments, branches and sectors, when the situation in the East Sea is having complicated developments. He also believed that this training course would achieve high results, grasping the basic contents and directions on solving national defense and security issues in accordance with the viewpoints of the Party and State in the current period.

During the 15 days, at the Provincial Military School, the class will be organized to eat, stay, live and study in a concentrated form. The students will be trained in national defense and security, issues in advising, leading and directing local defense and security activities when situations arise... The class is expected to close on September 28, 2014.
