Opening of the 2023 Nghe An Provincial Youth Union Professional Training Course

The training course on professional skills and union work is one of the practical annual activities of the Provincial Youth Union. Through the training course, it helps the Youth Union and Association officials in the province improve their knowledge of political theory as well as skills and expertise in the work of the Youth Union and Association. This is also an opportunity for grassroots Youth Union officials in the whole province to exchange experiences and learn effective models to improve their skills and programs of activities, meeting the requirements of the current Youth Union and movement activities.

At the training course, members will learn and improve their skills with 3 topics including: Professional work of inspection, supervision, and social criticism in the Youth Union organization system. Some contents on the organization and building of the Youth Union; Organization and building of the Youth Union and some issues to note in implementing the Youth Union Management software; Skills in organizing activities for the Youth Union staff presented directly by provincial Youth Union staff and Youth Academy lecturers.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Comrade Le Van Luong, Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, emphasized the importance of the training course for local youth union branches and members. Therefore, he requested the organizing committee to develop regulations, rules, and activity programs in line with the spirit of the youth union being always youthful, dynamic, and enthusiastic, creating positive effects, with modern learning methods, high interaction, and content suitable for the requirements of the organization and inspection work of the Youth Union.

For union members, this is a good opportunity to improve skills and practice union work, so it requires strict compliance with regulations, exchange experiences, share, have a spirit of self-awareness, and connect to improve together.

At the end of the training course, members will be granted a certificate of completion of the professional and working skills course for the Youth Union issued by the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and must ensure the conditions and comply with the regulations and tests.
