Opening of the 2023 training course on professional work of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union

The training course on professional skills and union work is one of the practical annual activities of the Provincial Youth Union. Through the training course, it helps the Youth Union and Association officials in the province improve their knowledge of political theory as well as skills and expertise in Youth Union and Association work. This is also an opportunity for grassroots Youth Union officials in the whole province to exchange experiences and learn effective models to improve their skills and activity programs, meeting the requirements of current Youth Union and movement activities.

At the training course, the members will learn and improve their skills with 3 topics including: Professional work of inspection, supervision, and social criticism in the Youth Union organization system. Some contents on the organization and building of the Youth Union; Organization and building of the Youth Union and some issues to note in implementing the Youth Union Management software; Skills in organizing activities for the Youth Union staff team presented directly by the Provincial Youth Union staff and Youth Academy lecturers.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Le Van Luong, Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, emphasized the importance of the training course for the local youth union and members. Therefore, the organizing committee was required to develop regulations, rules, and an activity program that is consistent with the spirit of the youth union, which is always youthful, dynamic, and enthusiastic, creating positive effects, with modern and highly interactive learning methods, and content that is suitable for the requirements of the organization and inspection work of the Youth Union.

For union members, this is a good opportunity to improve skills and practice union work, so it requires strict compliance with regulations, exchange experiences, share, have a spirit of self-awareness, and connect to improve together.

At the end of the training course, members will be granted a certificate of completion of the professional and skills course on Youth Union work issued by the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and must ensure the conditions and comply with the regulations and tests.
