The training program took place over 3 days from April 22-24 with the main contents being skills and methods for organizing extracurricular activities for teenagers; folk dance practice skills; Understanding and understanding teenage psychology; Training interactive activity skills. Trainees were also transferred skills of the reality program "A Day to Live", "Learning to be a Useful Person" by lecturers from the Youth Center (SYC) of Ho Chi Minh City; and skills in scripting an extracurricular program.
The training course aims to foster and improve knowledge of the Youth Union, Association, and Team about working methods and skills, while creating an environment for exchange and learning experiences during the working process.
