(Baonghean.vn) -On August 17, Cua Hoi Border Control Station (Cua Lo - Ben Thuy Port Border Gate Border Guard Station) patrolled and discovered that boat number: NANL 0213 TS, captained by Nguyen Van Loc (Phuc Tho commune, Nghi Loc district, Nghe An province), had used electric shock to exploit aquatic products.

The station has issued a decision to administratively fine the vehicle owner 2,000,000 VND, to be paid to the State Treasury according to regulations. Previously, at 2:00 p.m. on August 16, Quynh Thuan Border Post inspected the boat NA 3676 TS of Tran Huy Thanh (born in 1984, residing in Nam Trinh hamlet, Dien Ngoc commune, Dien Chau district). The boat owner obstructed the force from performing their duties. Pursuant to Decree 31, the station issued a decision to administratively fine the subject 1,100,000 VND to be paid to the State Treasury.
