ACB Ha Huy Tap Bank Transaction Office (former Quan Bau Transaction Office) operates with the following main functions: Mobilizing deposits in VND and foreign currencies; Lending for production, business and consumption; Import-export financing; Receiving investment trusts and financing investment projects; Payment services, money transfers, Western Union fast money transfers; Foreign currency and gold trading; Intermediary payment services for buying and selling houses and goods; Discounting valuable documents issued by ACB; International and domestic card services (ACB Card); Electronic banking services.

Ha Huy Tap Transaction Office is connected online with the Head Office and all branches and transaction offices in the system. Customers can deposit money at Ha Huy Tap Transaction Office and withdraw money at any branch or transaction office in the ACB system, provided with services via electronic banking (ACB online, phone banking and mobile banking).
