Opening of the press center to serve the April 30th Anniversary celebration

On April 27 at the Ho Chi Minh City Journalists Association, the National Organizing Committee to celebrate major holidays in 2014 - 2015 held the opening ceremony of a domestic and foreign press center to serve the April 30th Anniversary.

Delegates cut the ribbon to inaugurate the Press Center.

According to the Organizing Committee, the press center serving the 40th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification was established to serve domestic and foreign press agencies during the celebration. The center is fully equipped with 30 computers connected to the internet and wifi to serve reporters, and is also the place to issue press cards to work at the celebration.

At the opening ceremony, the Organizing Committee also announced the system of press cards (A, BC and KT) and some regulations related to the work of reporters such as the working area, security check gate and parking area of ​​press agencies. The center will start operating from 27 to 23:00 on April 30.

Also at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Truong Minh Tuan and Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Hua Ngoc Thuan pressed the button to launch the electronic website about the April 30th Anniversary of Ho Chi Minh City.
