On June 28, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and the Secretariat of the Youth Union of Nghe An province organized a booth "Sharing love" and implemented a program of health check-ups and free medicine distribution for the O Du ethnic people in Vang Mon village, Nga My commune, Tuong Duong district. Vang Mon village, Nga My commune, Tuong Duong district currently has 105 households with more than 450 people of the O Du ethnic group. This is a remote village with 51 poor households and 6 near-poor households.

In recent times, the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Youth Union, together with departments and branches of Tuong Duong district and social organizations have implemented many meaningful programs and activities such as: giving gifts, free medical examination and medicine, capital support and technology transfer in production... to help people stabilize their livelihoods and gradually reduce poverty.
