Examination and treatment of patients with Delta muscle fibrosis

(Baonghean) -With the support of the Vietnam - Netherlands Children's Surgery Center II, on the morning of October 31, Nghe An Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Center organized examination and orthopedic surgery for patients with Delta muscle fibrosis in Nghe An and Ha Tinh. Orthopedic doctors from the Northern provinces also performed the surgery.

Before this surgery, doctors examined the surgical results of 50 children who underwent surgery in the first phase. The results showed that the children who underwent surgery all had good results, meeting the set criteria and ensuring normal functioning. During this phase, Nghe An Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Center performed surgery on 100 children with Delta muscle fibrosis in Nghe An and Ha Tinh. In addition to free surgery and rehabilitation treatment, each child was also supported with 400,000 VND for food, transportation, periodic examination and evaluation every 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and was urged and guided to practice at home.
