(Baonghean.vn) - The clean water supply plant in the vicinity of Vinh was built with ODA capital from Finland, with a capacity of 20,000 m3/day with modern technology and equipment from Europe, and an operating system from Rockwell - USA. This is one of the top modern clean water plants in Vietnam.
