(Baonghean.vn) - The Vinh Suburban Clean Water Plant was built with ODA capital from Finland, with a capacity of 20,000 m3/day using modern European technology and equipment, and an operating system from Rockwell - USA. This is one of the top modern clean water plants in Vietnam.
