Free eye examination and consultation in Tan Ky

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 5, Tan Ky District Medical Center organized free examination and consultation on eye diseases and prescribed surgery for 60 elderly people in Tan Phu commune.

Here, doctors from the District Health Center conducted free examinations and consultations on eye diseases; examined and managed refractive errors; monitored glaucoma and cataracts; provided instructions on how to use medication and take care of eyes, etc.

This time, 10 elderly people in Tan Phu commune were assigned to have surgery using the concentration method. It is known that every Thursday, the medical team of the District Health Center directly examines and provides free consultation on eye diseases for the elderly in 22 communes and towns.
