Urgently develop and submit the draft revised Land Law
The new Land Law draft will inherit and develop previous laws, amending and supplementing a number of issues suitable to the new situation.
To meet the National Assembly's agenda plan for amending land laws in the new situation, Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai has just assigned the relevant ministries and branches to urgently develop and carry out the steps to submit and collect opinions on the draft amendments to the 2003 Land Law as required.
The new draft Land Law will inherit and develop previous laws, amend and supplement a number of issues suitable to the new situation, on the basis of the orientations of the 5th Conference of the Central Executive Committee of the Party, term 11.
It is expected that the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment will complete the necessary steps to submit the draft Law to the regular Government meeting in late August and early September as prescribed before submitting it to the National Assembly for consideration in the two sessions in late 2012 and early 2013 as set out in the Law and Ordinance Development Program./.
