Therefore, one of the urgent tasks is to restructure products according to the market, meet consumer demand, and create safe and sustainable production. During the implementation process, the Party Committee has focused on leading experts to invest tens of billions of VND in renovating high-end tea production lines from Japan and Taiwan; innovating and improving corporate governance in the direction of attaching importance to all stages from raw material production to product processing and marketing, creating "vertical" linkages, forming value chains in tea production and trading in Nghe An. At the same time, enhancing the initiative and creativity of cadres, party members, and employees in the enterprise. Revenue in the period of 2010 - 2014 increased from 90.5 billion VND to 125 billion VND; state budget contribution from 2,100 million VND to 3,350 million VND; In particular, export turnover increased by an average of 9% per year, from 4.25 million USD to 6 million USD. The average income of workers increased from 2.85 million VND to 3.9 million VND/person/month. Currently, the requirement for enterprises to convert to equitization is clearly recognized by the Party Committee of the company, so that in the leadership process, it can focus on orienting the ideology of party members and workers.

At Nghe Tinh Port, in the 2010-2015 term, promoting the role of the political core, the Party Committee focused on leading through party cells, party members and mass organizations to implement strong transformation policies in depth, focusing on improving quality, customer service attitude, and reducing product costs of some items through the port. Along with focusing on dredging the waterway, the company has boldly invested in many modern machinery and equipment to serve production and business such as investing in Q50, 60T crawler cranes: KC4561 crane (KPAZ7); 40T pedestal crane; 50T hydraulic crawler crane (KH180)...

The total investment cost for 5 years is 67 billion VND, contributing to reducing costs, reducing labor, and increasing labor productivity by 10-15%. The total output of goods through Cua Lo Port increases annually, reaching 2.8 million tons in 2014 alone and 1.5 million tons in the first 6 months of 2015. Currently, Cua Lo Port has received ships with a capacity of 20,000-23,000 tons in and out safely. In particular, marking the term, the Party Committee has led the professional transformation from Nghe - Tinh Port One Member Co., Ltd. to Nghe - Tinh Port Joint Stock Company. This is a turning point, creating the development of the unit according to the new model. According to comrade Tran Van Dat, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director of the company, the restructuring and equitization of the enterprise has created a driving force to attract investment capital, improve the capacity of management and corporate governance.

Along with the above 2 enterprises, 135 enterprises under the Party Committee of Nghe An Enterprise Bloc have all affirmed their role as the core leaders, coordinating with the Board of Directors and Board of Management of enterprises to solve the problems of enterprises. According to comrade Le Son Chau, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of the Bloc, on the basis of closely following the policies of the Party and State, the process of mobilizing and developing enterprises, grasping and forecasting the situation, the Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc promptly orients and leads grassroots Party committees to proactively work with the Board of Directors and Board of Management to focus on innovating management and operation methods in the direction of streamlining, efficiency, improving product quality, while promoting market expansion and exploiting the advantages of business products.

At the same time, the Party Committee of the Bloc also actively follows the grassroots, listens to opinions from the grassroots to act as a bridge, synthesizes recommendations and proposals from enterprises to promptly propose to the province to direct all levels and sectors, and at the same time coordinates with economic groups and state-owned corporations to focus on removing difficulties and obstacles for enterprises, promoting production and business. The Party Committee of the Bloc also guides grassroots Party committees to continue to lead enterprises to reorganize enterprises in the spirit of Resolution 3 of the Central Committee (9th term) and Government decrees, creating opportunities for enterprises to develop production and business.

The Party Committee of the Bloc and grassroots Party Committees pay attention to political and ideological education work, first of all actively propagating and educating cadres, Party members and employees to comply with the Party and State's guidelines and policies, especially ensuring the harmony of interests between the State, enterprises and employees, avoiding the situation where enterprises focus too much on profits and forget their responsibilities and obligations to the State, the social community and employees; building relationships between Party committees and the Board of Directors, Board of Directors and organizations in enterprises, creating a healthy, united, quality and effective working environment in enterprises.

The role of the Party organization is very important in guiding enterprises to produce and do business effectively and legally, ensuring the harmony of interests: the State, enterprises and workers. Therefore, the Party Committee of the Bloc and the grassroots Party Committees need to continue to innovate the content and methods of leadership, enhancing the role of the Party organization as a true political nucleus in enterprises.
