Inauguration of the Dien Bien Phu Historical Victory Museum
As part of activities to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu victory, on the afternoon of May 5, in Dien Bien province, the new exhibition house of the Dien Bien Phu Historical Victory Museum was officially inaugurated.

Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam attended and cut the ribbon to inaugurate the museum.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the Dien Bien Phu Victory Museum, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam affirmed: The Dien Bien Phu Victory Museum is the deepest gratitude of today's generation for the great contributions of previous generations.
The project not only helps people across the country better understand the glorious Dien Bien Phu victory, but also helps international friends better understand the people and country of Vietnam.
The entire project of more than 7,000 square meters includes many important items with models and documents, artifacts, and collections of artifacts related to the long-term resistance war from 1945 to 1954 against French colonialism of our army and people, culminating in the historic Dien Bien Phu Victory in 1954.
