Inauguration of the community disaster prevention project at Dien Loc Kindergarten - (Dien Chau)
(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of July 4, the Central Region Disaster Prevention Support Fund and the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam
With the motto: “All for the beloved Central region”, in recent years, the Central Disaster Prevention Support Fund has mobilized funding to build 62 community disaster prevention works in the Central provinces. For Nghe An province, in 3 years, the Fund has mobilized funding and built 7 works in the districts: Anh Son, Nam Dan, Hung Nguyen, Quynh Luu and Dien Chau, with a total support amount of 120 billion VND.
The community disaster prevention project at Dien Loc Kindergarten - Dien Chau District was funded by the Central Region Disaster Prevention Support Fund since early 2012. The project has a total investment of over 4.2 billion VND, of which the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) sponsored the construction and teaching equipment of 2.4 billion VND. With a construction area of 475 m2 , floor area 950m2 designed with 2 floors, including 8 classrooms, 8 bathrooms, 9 toilets and 4 auxiliary areas.
After 6 months of construction, the project has been completed and put into use, creating favorable conditions for cadres, teachers and preschool students of Dien Loc commune to have a spacious facility to serve the education of future generations. At the same time, it is a safe shelter for local people in case of natural disasters and floods.
