The project shows solemnity with a tight block layout in lines and motifs, conveying content with profound political meaning and high artistic value, imbued with the Central Highlands culture. The 13.49 m high tower body symbolizes the Central Highlands fire, the flame of revolution that burns forever. The arc-shaped relief section is 30.27 m long and 3.5 m high, representing the fire in the gong festival of the Central Highlands ethnic groups. The surface of the relief is engraved with images typical of the history of the birth, fighting, building and growing of the Central Highlands Front - 3rd Corps.
