Inauguration of Nguyen Sinh Sac Memorial Site in Binh Dinh

On May 23, at Thuong Giang village, Tay Giang commune, Tay Son district, Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee held the inauguration ceremony of Nguyen Sinh Sac Memorial Area, Binh Khe District Road (old) with the participation of many key leaders of ministries, central agencies, Binh Dinh province and a large number of local people.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Ho Quoc Dung, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee said: The Nguyen Sinh Sac Memorial Area has received the attention, help and direction of the Government and central ministries and branches, along with the efforts and enthusiasm of the Party Committee, government and people of Binh Dinh province throughout the investment preparation and urgent construction process towards the 125th anniversary of Uncle Ho's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2015) and welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels.

The memorial area is planned to be built on a total area of ​​over 2.6 hectares and was officially started on August 6, 2014. Up to now, it has been completed and officially put into operation. The memorial area has a total of 26 works with unique architectural items such as: Temple, memorial house, exhibition house, monument stele house, well relic, lotus pond, ... with a total cost of nearly 73 billion VND.

The construction of the memorial site of Nguyen Sinh Sac, Binh Khe district office, in Binh Dinh is an activity to preserve and promote historical and cultural relics, an opportunity for the Party Committee and people of Binh Dinh province to express gratitude and record the important mark of the meeting and farewell between the honest and patriotic district chief Nguyen Sinh Sac and his youngest son Nguyen Tat Thanh at Binh Khe district office before the patriotic young man Nguyen Tat Thanh left to find a way to save the country and save the people and later became the genius leader of the nation Ho Chi Minh. This is also a place to educate the tradition of patriotism and love for the people for the young generation today and tomorrow./.
