Before the reception ceremony, the delegates came to offer flowers at the statue of Uncle Ho in Ho Chi Minh Square, expressing their respect and deep gratitude to the father of the nation, a world cultural celebrity. The delegates respectfully reported to his spirit the reception and installation of the Dai Lam Ngoc stone block at the grassy area of the traffic island adjacent to Truong Thi Street and Ho Tung Mau Street, in the northeast area of Ho Chi Minh Square.
