Inauguration of boarding house for foster parents in Ky Son

(Baonghean) -On August 24, at Muong Ai commune (Ky Son district), the Provincial Youth Union - Border Guard Command of Nghe An coordinated with local authorities and authorities to hold an inauguration ceremony for a boarding house for students of Nam Tip Secondary School, Muong Ai commune.

To help students in small villages far from the commune center who have had to stay and study in makeshift thatched houses for a long time, have clean and secure accommodation so they can study with peace of mind, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union allocated 150 million VND from the Border and Island Charity Fund to invest in building boarding houses for students here.

After 6 months of construction with the contribution of hundreds of working days from officers and soldiers of Muong Tip border post, local people and teachers and students of Nam Tip school, the project was completed, including a row of 6 wooden houses, clean and solid cement floors, total area of ​​175 m2 ensuring accommodation for 120 boarding students.

On this occasion, the units: Provincial Youth Union, Provincial Border Guard, Provincial Business Union presented 30 gifts (10 gifts each) to students of Nam Tip school who have overcome difficulties to study well, each gift worth 200,000 VND.
