Inauguration of VICENTRA Complex – Vinh City
(Baonghean) -On December 3, in Vinh City, Vinh Trade Center Investment Joint Stock Company held the inauguration ceremony of the VICENTRA complex. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee and leaders of departments, branches and sectors in the province.
VICENTRA complex is built on an area of 11,000m2 and has a total investment capital of more than 450 billion VND, including: 20-storey tower and 4-storey building. In the 20-storey tower, floors 1 to 4 are designed as a commercial center (Big C Supermarket) with a floor area of 17,600 m2, from floors 5 to 20 are luxury apartments. In the 4-storey building, there are 21 townhouses and independent shops.
With low construction density, VICETRA has a system of gardens, sidewalks, and internal traffic routes that are scientifically arranged. In addition, the complex also has a spacious parking area with an area of nearly 10,000 m2.2The inauguration of the VICENTRA complex in Vinh City has created an important highlight that changes the face of Vinh city.
