Inauguration of CT1A building - Project to renovate and rebuild Quang Trung apartment complex

On July 28, Hanoi Housing Development and Investment Corporation held the inauguration ceremony of CT1A building - phase 1, the project to renovate and rebuild Quang Trung apartment complex - Vinh city, Nghe An.

Attending the event were comrades: Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Huynh Thanh Dien - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders representing the Hanoi People's Committee, departments, branches and sectors in the province.

CT1A building, has 21 floors and 1 basement. The 1st and 2nd floors have an area of ​​1,080 m²Commercial shops, supermarkets, and offices for rent are arranged. From the 3rd floor up, each floor has 8 apartments, of which 4 are type A apartments with an area of ​​94 m2.², 2 type B apartments, area 73 m², 2 type C apartments with area of ​​66.5 m².

Speaking at the ceremony, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and praised the efforts of the Hanoi Housing Development and Investment Corporation in completing the CT1A building, and affirmed that the province will create favorable conditions for the investor to continue implementing the Quang Trung C area. The leaders of the Hanoi Housing Development and Investment Corporation committed to completing the Quang Trung C area renovation and construction project on schedule.
