Inauguration of Huoi Bac Military and Civilian Medical Station (Bac Ly - Ky Son)
(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of August 10, the Organizing Committee of the Truong Son Love Program - Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper, Nghe An Border Guard Command and VietinBank held the inauguration ceremony and put into use the Huoi Bac Military and Civilian Medical Station, Bac Ly Commune, Ky Son.

Huoi Bac is a poor village of Bac Ly commune, consisting of 58 households with 339 Khmu people living there. Up to now, whenever people in the village are sick, they have to spend 5 hours walking from their homes to the commune health center (12km from the village) to see a doctor. Because the roads are far and difficult to travel, people often treat their illnesses based on their own experience.
In order to share the difficulties of the people in the border area in the medical field, Nghe An Border Guard has adopted the program Nghia Tinh Truong Son - Sai Gon Giai Phong Newspaper, calling on benefactors to sponsor funds to build civil works in the border area of the province.
VietinBank awarded project sponsorship plaque
The Huoi Bac military-civilian medical station project worth nearly 2 billion VND sponsored by the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade VietinBank has a total floor area of over 500m2, including examination and treatment houses, houses, auxiliary works and gardens. The putting into use of the Huoi Bac military-civilian medical station, Bac Ly commune has partly solved the initial medical examination and treatment work for the residential cluster of 5 villages (Huoi Bac, Nhot Kho, Keo Pa Tu, Sam Thang, Cha Nga, Keo Nam, Buoc village) in Bac Ly commune and 2 villages (Huoi Kho and Nong Han) in Doc May commune, Ky Son district.
At the inauguration ceremony, VietinBank also donated items such as televisions, refrigerators, and speakers to serve the daily life of the people of Huoi Bac village.i total value 30 million VND. Sang Ban Mai Company donated 01 generator worth 20 million VND.

On this occasion, the Nghe An Border Guard Command organized a medical team to examine and provide free medicine to the people of Huoi Bac village.
