Inauguration of Vinh Thanh Primary School (Yen Thanh)
(Baonghean.vn) – On the morning of September 9, ACE Life Insurance Company Limited coordinated with the Central Region Disaster Prevention Support Fund and Vinh Thanh Commune to organize the inauguration ceremony and handover of the community disaster prevention project - Vinh Thanh Primary School.
The Vinh Thanh Primary School project started in January 2014. Up to now, the project has been completed on schedule and put into use to serve the new school year 2014 - 2015 and serve local people before the 2014 storm season.
With the main function of teaching, the project is built on an area of 378.8 m2, floor area of 732.4 m2 with a scale of 2 floors, each floor has 4 classrooms, 1 toilet area... The total investment of the project is 5,092,587,000 VND, of which, ACE Life Insurance Company Limited sponsored 2,200,000,000 VND, the rest is local counterpart capital.

Vinh Thanh is a poor commune, located in a low-lying area of Yen Thanh district. Every year, the locality often has to endure 3-4 major floods, with water levels of 1m or more. In addition to its teaching function, meeting all the criteria to become a safe shelter for people when storms and floods occur, the project, in addition to the main staircase, also has an additional outdoor staircase on the right, serving as a rescue mission when natural disasters occur.

Vinh Thanh Primary School is the 4th project sponsored by ACE Life Insurance Company Limited through the Central Disaster Prevention Support Fund and the 8th disaster prevention community house that the Fund has mobilized sponsors to support the construction of in Nghe An.
