Survey on construction of Bac Ly model commune, Ky Son district

The working delegation of the Provincial Border Guard Command has just conducted a comprehensive survey of natural conditions, population, grassroots political system, infrastructure, socio-culture, national defense and security in Bac Ly commune, Ky Son district to accurately assess the current situation in the border area.

On that basis, the Provincial Border Guard Command will develop a project and submit it to the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval so that the project can be implemented in 2011.

Currently, Bac Ly is one of the most difficult border areas in the province, with a poverty rate of 87% and many difficulties in economic and social development.
