In 2018, the Youth Union of the Provincial Agencies deployed and organized the implementation of the Youth Union and youth movements, achieving many outstanding results in the fields of education; revolutionary action movements; accompanying and supporting youth; caring for, protecting and educating children; building the Youth Union and Party building...

The Youth Union of the Provincial Agencies and the Youth Union bases have closely followed the theme of "Year of Creative Youth" and the tasks of the unit. The youth movements closely followed the practical situation, thereby proposing practical and appropriate tasks, meeting the aspirations of the Youth Union members, so they received positive responses. Scientific research activities, participation in administrative reform, and building public ethics have been promoted, contributing to building a team of young cadres, civil servants, and public employees of the provincial agencies that are dynamic, creative, responsible, and affectionate.

However, there are still some shortcomings such as some union bases have not really been proactive in advising the Party Committee and unit leaders in leadership; the quality of union activities at the grassroots level is not uniform, thematic activities are still few; activities at some units have not attracted a large number of union members to participate; a number of union members are not active and are afraid to participate in union activities and social activities....

The conference acknowledged and received many frank comments on the existing advantages and disadvantages, thereby proposing additional solutions to make union and youth activities more effective.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Le Thi Kim Oanh - Head of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc praised the achievements that the Youth Union of the Provincial Agencies Bloc had achieved in 2018; acknowledged that the Youth Union and youth movement had many new ways of doing things, with positive changes. The Youth Union members carried out many activities and movements that had a wide impact and spread in society.

Comrade Le Thi Kim Oanh said that there are some union members who are showing signs of "being bored with the Party, being apathetic towards the Union, and being indifferent to politics", so it is necessary to further link union activities with grassroots activities, as well as reforming administration and office civilization, promoting creativity in professional work, cultivating soft skills, and improving foreign language proficiency... of each union member.

Summarizing the conference, comrade Thai Minh Sy - Secretary of the Youth Union of the provincial agencies received the instructions and discussion contents at the conference. At the same time, the Youth Union of the provincial agencies proposed 9 key tasks to be implemented in 2019, including implementing solutions to improve the effectiveness of the movement "Youth join hands to participate in administrative reform"; strongly implementing the movement "Creative Youth"... At the conference, 2 additional members of the Youth Union Executive Committee were also elected.

On this occasion, 36 individuals and collectives with outstanding achievements in the Youth Union and Youth Movement in 2018 received awards from the Central Youth Union, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Youth Union, and the Youth Union of Provincial Agencies.
