Most recently, to share with children being treated at Nghe An Children's Hospital, SLNA Fan Club visited, organized an early Mid-Autumn Festival and gave 200 gifts to the children. At the same time, SLNA Fan Clubs in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi also organized activities to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival with poor children.

In the 2013 season, Nghe An audiences made a big splash with fans across the country when they created fiery stands. Whether at home or away, Nghe An football fans created a real festive atmosphere. Even the people who run the highest tournament in Vietnam admitted that Nghe An audiences made a strong impression on the overall success of this year's season.

However, to prove that they not only love football and Song Lam players, after the season ended, the members of the Nghe An Fan Club immediately made plans to donate and make charitable trips to the poor and children in difficult circumstances. This is an annual activity of the Nghe An Fan Club and is enthusiastically supported by the leaders of the SLNA Club. Recently (afternoon of September 15), so that the children being treated at the Children's Hospital can have a warm Mid-Autumn Festival, nearly 50 members of the SLNA Fan Club coordinated with the hospital leaders to organize an early Mid-Autumn Festival for the children. In addition to candy, balloons, toys, etc., the Nghe An Fan Club also gave 200 gifts to the patients being treated here. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong, a member of the Nghe An Fan Club, said: "The children having to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival at the hospital is a great loss, we want to bring joy and encouragement to the children. These activities also make their relatives feel shared..."

At the same time, the SLNA Fan Club in Ho Chi Minh City also made a meaningful trip to the commune bordering Bien Hoa Dong (Long An province) to give Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to poor children. Here, nearly 100 members of the Nghe An Fan Club, together with local authorities and border guards, organized the program "Moonlight of Dreams" for nearly 500 children; giving gifts to poor children who have overcome difficulties.

In the following days, the Nghe An Fan Club in Hanoi and Da Nang will carry out meaningful Mid-Autumn Festival activities for poor children in the localities. “Although the gifts are not large, with the spirit of sharing and helping children have a warm Mid-Autumn Festival, we have built a common plan for the Club and the Nghe An Fan Club in big cities also have their own plans. Our motto is “football must go hand in hand with specific actions for the community”, said Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong.

Not only on the occasion of Mid-Autumn Festival, but up to now, social activities towards the community have always been of interest to SLNA Fan Clubs in all regions. For example, in 2010, the Club raised hundreds of millions of VND to support people in Nghe An and Ha Tinh who suffered heavy losses due to floods; in early 2013, the Club called on coaches and players of Song Lam Nghe An Club to join hands in activities to share with the poor: Huu Thang donated his awards to the poor and those in especially difficult circumstances; Cong Vinh and Van Quyen volunteered to contribute in cash; Trong Hoang donated shirts for SLNA Fan Club to auction to raise money for charity.

With these meaningful activities, Nghe An Fan Club is becoming more and more beautiful in the eyes of everyone. If it is just a “battle” in the stands, SLNA fans really have no opponents and in life they are volunteers, a bridge of goodwill…
