Nghe An State Treasury gives gifts to students in Ha Son commune, Quy Hop
(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the policy of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee on each agency and unit helping a poor commune in Western Nghe An, on September 4, 2014, a delegation of Nghe An State Treasury officials led by Ms. Hoang Thi Xuan, Party Secretary and Director, went to Ha Son Primary School, Quy Hop District to present gifts in preparation for the new school year.
(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the policy of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee on each agency and unit helping a poor commune in Western Nghe An, on September 4, 2014, a delegation of Nghe An State Treasury officials led by Ms. Hoang Thi Xuan, Party Secretary and Director, went to Ha Son Primary School, Quy Hop District to present gifts in preparation for the new school year.
Ha Son is a poor commune with ethnic minority population accounting for 90%, poor households about 30%. Ha Son Primary and Secondary School has more than 630 students. Of which primary school has 384 students, secondary school has 247 students. Facilities and classrooms are still lacking, desks and chairs are old and damaged. To help students have better learning conditions, before the opening of the 2014-2015 school year, Nghe An State Treasury donated 100 sets of desks and chairs to the two above mentioned schools and supported the Party Committee and People's Committee of Ha Son commune to install a LAN system worth about 100 million VND. This is the amount contributed by staff this year.

It is known that after 3 years of implementing the province's policy of supporting poor communes in the western region, Nghe An State Treasury has donated and supported Ha Son commune with 52 pairs of breeding pigs, 20 bicycles for poor students with good academic performance, organized training classes on commune budget financial management, and provided instructions on using budget management software... Total value is about 200 million VND.
