Nghe An Provincial State Treasury deploys tasks in 2012
(Baonghean.vn) - On January 5, 2012, the State Treasury of Nghe An province held a conference to summarize the work of 2011 and deploy tasks for 2012. Comrade Thai Van Hang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended and directed the conference.
In 2011, the State Treasury of Nghe An province did a good job of directing and operating, closely coordinating with the Tax, Customs and Commercial Banks to effectively carry out the task of collecting budget in the area. As a result, by December 31, 2011, the budget collection in the area reached 6,802 billion VND/plan 4,760 billion VND, reaching 143% of the plan, of which, the collection of construction tax for contractors outside the province reached 9.9 billion VND.
District Treasury signed emulation agreement in 2012 with Nghe An Provincial Treasury
In the work of expenditure control, in 2011, the Provincial State Treasury recovered advances (plan 2010 and earlier) of 1,672 billion VND. The total amount of regular expenditure controlled by the State Treasury up to December 31, 2011 was 13,031 billion VND. Expenditure for construction investment was 7,769/8,243 billion VND, reaching 94% of the plan. In 2011, although the volume of budget revenue and expenditure through the State Treasury was very large, the data, money, and state assets managed by the State Treasury of Nghe An were still absolutely safe.
At the Conference, Comrade Thai Van Hang praised the efforts of the provincial State Treasury, especially in implementing Resolution 11/CP, tightening public investment, mastering state regulations, refusing to spend many expenses that are not in accordance with the regime, preserving state money and assets, ensuring regular spending, and applying information technology well in operations. He hoped that the State Treasury would continue to promote its achievements and strengthen inspection, supervision, and monetary management in the coming time.
