Treasury refuses to pay over 411 billion VND

The State Treasury system has controlled an estimated 295,000 billion VND of regular state budget expenditures.

According to the Ministry of Finance, the state budget revenue in August is estimated at 45,020 billion VND, the accumulated revenue in 8 months is 447,000 billion VND, equal to 60.4% of the estimate, equal to 98.4% compared to the same period in 2011.

Total state budget expenditure in August is estimated at 70,990 billion VND, accumulated expenditure in the first 8 months of the year is estimated at 571,545 billion VND, reaching 63.3% of the estimate, up 13.6% over the same period in 2011.

In August, capital mobilization through the issuance of government bonds was very favorable, the mobilization result reached 23,687.5 billion VND, 8.4 times higher than the reporting period in July, the winning interest rate gradually decreased. The accumulated capital mobilization from the beginning of the year to the reporting time (August 15, 2012) reached 88,609.15 billion VND, equal to 73.8% of the adjusted mobilization plan of 2012.

Accumulated payment capital from the beginning of the year to the reporting month, the State Treasury system has controlled an estimated VND 295,000 billion of regular expenditure of the State budget through the State Treasury (August 2012 alone disbursed an estimated VND 35,000 billion). Through the work of controlling State budget expenditure, State Treasury units have refused to pay an amount of over VND 411 billion spent in violation of regulations./.
