(Baonghean.vn) - This morning, March 12, in An Hoa commune - Quynh Luu district, the Management Board of Nghe An Province's Agricultural Competitiveness Project, in coordination with the People's Committee of An Hoa commune and Construction Joint Stock Company 469, started construction of the project to upgrade the irrigation system to serve seed production of the F1 hybrid corn seed production alliance in An Hoa commune. The project is worth 4.6 billion VND, invested by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Nghe An.
