In recent times, due to the impact of global climate change, the impact of production and living activities of people and industrial zones, the canal water source has been heavily polluted and is in shortage in the dry season, not ensuring enough raw water supply for clean water plants in Vinh City and surrounding areas.
The project, when put into operation, will ensure adequate supply of both quantity and quality of water, meeting the clean water needs of people for daily life.
