Groundbreaking ceremony of resettlement area in Dong Hoi Industrial Park (Quynh Luu)
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 28, Quynh Luu district held a groundbreaking ceremony for the entire construction and equipment package of the resettlement area construction project in Dong Hoi Industrial Park.
Within the planned industrial park area, there are more than 700 affected households that must be relocated. The People's Committee of Quynh Luu district has arranged 2 resettlement areas in Quynh Lap commune with a total area of 80 hectares. Initially, the district built a resettlement area in area 2 with an area of 20 hectares in Tam Hop hamlet with a total investment of 160 billion VND, with an implementation period of 520 days.
The resettlement area is built to ensure a complete and synchronous drainage system, traffic, trees, lighting system, water supply, kindergarten, cultural house... With a level 4 scale, it ensures resettlement for 300 households.
