Groundbreaking ceremony of charity house for poor women

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 8, the Women's Union of Do Luong district coordinated with Vietnam Cable Television Corporation - Central Cable Television Branch and Da Son commune to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for a charity house for poor member Nguyen Thi Nhat.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nhat in Hamlet 7 - Da Son Commune is 75 years old this year, in a particularly difficult situation, her husband recently passed away. Currently, her house is seriously degraded but the family does not have the means to repair it.

Representatives of Vietnam Cable Television Corporation, Central Branch, presented gifts to Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhat's family.

With sympathy for her family's situation, the Women's Union of Do Luong district and Vietnam Cable Television decided to support her in building a new house with a total cost of 50 million VND. Of which, the Women's Union allocated 20 million VND to the "Warm House of Love" fund, and Vietnam Cable Television Corporation contributed 30 million VND.

On this occasion, the Women's Union of Do Luong district and Vietnam Cable Television Corporation - Central Cable Television Branch gave initial support money to Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhat to build a charity house.
