Commencement of construction of charity house for soldiers in difficult circumstances

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of September 16, at Phan Boi Chau block, Nam Dan town, Engineering Brigade 414, Military Region 4 organized the groundbreaking ceremony to build a gratitude house for a military family with special housing difficulties.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dinh Oanh - Standing Member, Deputy Political Commissar of Engineering Brigade 414, Military Region 4 spoke at the groundbreaking ceremony.

Professional Lieutenant Phan Van Viet of Company 4, Battalion 2, Engineer Brigade 414 is in extremely difficult circumstances. In order to encourage and help comrade Viet and his family overcome difficulties and work with peace of mind, the unit has proposed to support the construction of a house for comrade Viet. The project is expected to be completed and handed over for use on the occasion of the 69th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 2013).

This is one of 28 gratitude houses invested in and built by the Ministry of National Defense and Military Region 4 in 2013.
