Commencement of construction of cultural works and inauguration of Xieng Khouang - Nghe An friendship road
Yesterday afternoon, in Phonsavan Town, Xieng Khouang Province - Lao PDR, the Xieng Khouang Provincial Government solemnly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Construction of the Cultural House and the Inauguration of the Xieng Khouang - Nghe An Friendship Road. Comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee led a high-ranking delegation of Nghe An Province to visit and work in Xieng Khouang Province to attend the ceremony.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the cultural house, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Phan Dinh Trac affirmed: Nghe An and Xieng Khouang are two twin provinces with a tradition of solidarity and a special friendship in the war to defend the Fatherland as well as in peace and national construction.
Comrade Phan Dinh Trac and comrade Xom Koost Mang No Menh cut the ribbon to inaugurate the street name.
Nghe An province has decided to support 100% of the cost of the construction of the cultural project. This will be a symbolic project for the special solidarity and friendship between Nghe An and Xieng Khouang provinces to celebrate the activities in the Vietnam-Laos Solidarity Year.
Comrade Xom-Cot-Mang-No-Menh - Secretary of Xieng Khouang Provincial Party Committee expressed his gratitude and highly appreciated the wholehearted and comprehensive support of the Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An for Xieng Khouang in the past time. With the meaning and solidarity of friendship, Xieng Khouang province will direct and supervise the contractor to build on schedule and ensure the quality according to the requirements.
Next, comrade Phan Dinh Trac and the high-ranking delegation of Nghe An province attended the inauguration ceremony of the Xieng Khouang-Nghe An friendship road - a symbol of the friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two provinces of Nghe An-Xieng Khouang and the two countries of Vietnam-Laos.
