Construction of a house for a martyr's mother began in Dien Chau district.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 5, the Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs of Nghe An province in coordination with Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Vinh branch, organized a groundbreaking ceremony to build a house of gratitude for Ms. Phan Thi Tam - mother of martyr Tang Xuan Hoang, in hamlet 3, Dien Hanh commune, Dien Chau district.

Representatives of the Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs, Vinh Branch of International Commercial Joint Stock Bank and leaders of Dien Chau district presented the support money to Ms. Phan Thi Tam.

Currently, Ms. Phan Thi Tam is living with her eldest son's family in a cramped and dilapidated house. With the amount of 50 million VND from the Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Vinh branch, supported through the appeal and mobilization of the Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs of the province and the support of relatives, neighbors and local authorities, Ms. Phan Thi Tam's family started to build a new house, with an estimated total value of about 300 million VND.
