Nam Nghia commune is known as the leading unit in the movement of donating land to build roads and build new rural areas in Nam Dan district. Since the beginning of 2008, when there was no policy of "State and people working together" in building rural traffic, in Nam Nghia, the Party Committee, government and people have joined hands to contribute labor and money to build rural traffic. Since then, people in the commune have donated 11.6 hectares of garden land to build roads and 8.6 hectares of rice fields to harden internal roads.

Since the State's policy on the movement of all people joining hands to build new rural areas, the Party Committee and the Front Working Committee of Nam Nghia commune have actively propagated to the people through conferences, meetings, printing and drawing boards according to the contents posted at the commune headquarters and cultural houses of hamlets. In that process, besides arousing in the people the spirit of self-reliance and self-reliance to contribute human and material resources to strive to achieve the criteria of building new rural areas, cadres from the Party Committee and the Government to the Front Working Committee and organizations have coordinated synchronously and evenly to achieve the highest results. In addition to propagating through hamlet meetings and branch meetings, the Front Working Committee together with the Party Committee and the Government have gone to households to propagate and mobilize members of the branches. Therefore, most of the people have highly agreed with the policies and guidelines in the movement to build new rural areas. Thanks to that, Nam Nghia has completed 11 criteria, the whole commune has built 6 km of rural roads, in which people donated 3,206 m2 of land to build roads and 415 m2 of land for public works, with more than 2 billion VND/13.3 billion VND of total value of the works.

In the movement of donating land for road construction, the household of Mr. Dinh Van Tien, Chairman of the Elderly Association, was the leading household. With the support of the Fatherland Front of the commune, he discussed with his wife and children to donate 120 square meters of land to widen the inter-hamlet road to 9 meters wide. In addition, he also organized a meeting of the Elderly Association members, informing 450 members of the Elderly Association in the commune to donate land for road construction. According to Mr. Tien's experience, in a family, if grandparents and parents are in agreement, the children will agree to implement the policies. Therefore, in that general movement, many households followed his example to donate dozens of square meters of garden land, remove fences, cut down perennial trees, and dismantle gates that had previously been built for tens of millions of dong, such as Mr. Hoan's household in hamlet 6 who donated 415 square meters, and Mr. Son in hamlet 10 who donated 96 square meters of land. With the synchronous and smooth coordination of the working group, in which the Front Working Committee takes the lead in propaganda and mobilization, stays close to the people and listens to them, and explains in detail all policies to them. The clean and beautiful inter-village road was completed by the people's strength.

Implementing the project of the Commune People's Committee on environmental protection, the Fatherland Front at all levels has visited each household to mobilize people to build garbage pits at home, regularly clean barns, and keep village roads and alleys clean and tidy. Thanks to that, 380 households have bought garbage bins, 50 households have built garbage pits, and 150 households have dug holes to treat garbage in their gardens. At the markets, the Front Work Committee has worked with the Market Management Board to collect fees and mobilize people to collect garbage for treatment at a centralized location. The work of converting crops to suit the land and soil, increasing efficiency and income per land area has also had clear results.

Typically, in hamlet 1, people have converted perennial trees such as jackfruit and guava into short-term trees such as Malabar spinach with an area of ​​5.7 hectares, providing a stable income of 150,000 - 200,000 VND/day; From the commune to the hamlet, regulations on cultural lifestyle in weddings and funerals have been established. Typically, wedding ceremonies do not include salty meals, alcohol, cigarettes, only sweets and joyful cultural activities. Therefore, in the past year, the rate of cultural families in the commune reached 80%, cultural residential areas reached 75%. Whenever a family has a disagreement, a dispute or even something unpleasant, the contribution of the front cadres is indispensable. The above results cannot be without the role of rallying the strength of the entire people of the Fatherland Front cadres of Nam Nghia commune.
