Start a business from practical actions and relentless efforts

With the theme “Building a successful career: the dream of the big sea and the challenges of Vinh city”, the Youth Startup Forum – Future Orientation 2019 was organized by the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union to equip young people with basic knowledge about the conditions and necessary experience when starting a business; how to mobilize capital, basic skills to access the market and methods to seize business opportunities in the digital age.

At the forum, union members and young people were able to directly ask questions, exchange and discuss with guests who are senior consultants, business directors and managers at large companies in the fields of information technology, transportation, etc.

The guests pointed out the common situation of young people in the process of starting a business when they lack knowledge, lack ideas for developing models, and do not effectively use the support policies of the province and the Central Government. These are the main reasons why many students after graduation have difficulty finding jobs or cannot meet the increasing demands of the labor market.

To overcome the above difficulties, experts have shared experiences and basic solutions to support young people to promote their inner strength to turn ideas into reality in starting a business.

On this occasion, the Nghe An Youth Development Support Center and the Nghe An Young Entrepreneurs Association signed a cooperation agreement for the period 2019 - 2024 to enhance support, career counseling and employment for students in Nghe An province. In particular, the Youth Development Support Center plays a role in creating a bridge between final year students and enterprises to have the opportunity to intern in order to improve the quality of human resources in the coming time.
