The Cultural - Social Emulation Bloc honors 2 units and requests the Provincial People's Committee to award flags.

(Baonghean) - On the morning of December 27, the Cultural - Social Bloc held a meeting to evaluate the emulation work in 2011.

Seven units in the bloc (Department of Education & Training, Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Health, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Radio & Television, Nghe An Newspaper and Ethnic Committee) have all made great efforts to maintain good emulation movements, contributing to the good implementation of political tasks, building strong units, agencies and sectors.

However, the movement is still not regular and continuous at times and in some places, and the results are limited. Due to holding multiple positions, the head of the block has not been able to oversee and point out the weaknesses of each unit in order to promptly overcome them. 7/7 units were assessed to have completed their tasks excellently, 2 units (Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Health) were honored and proposed to the People's Committee of Nghe An province to award the emulation flag in 2011.
