(Baonghean.vn) -On July 26, Con Cuong District Police said that the Investigation Police Agency is completing the case file to prosecute the case and prosecute Vi Van Nung (born 1966), residing in Khe Dong village, Thach Ngan commune (Con Cuong), for murder. The victim is Nung's nephew, residing in the same village.

Previously, at 10pm on July 16th at Khe Dong village, Thach Ngan commune, Vi Van Nung drank alcohol at a friend's house and got drunk because of too much alcohol. On the way home, he met a group of young men standing in the middle of the road. Nung cursed. At this time, a young man stood up to "teach" Nung. Mac Van Luan - Nung's nephew, witnessed and tried to advise him, but Nung did not listen and cursed Luan.

Feeling a bit drunk, unable to control herself, Nung went home and took a pair of scissors to "interrogate" the young men who dared to "talk too much" to her. Seeing Nung return aggressively, Mac Van Luan came to explain, hoping that his uncle would forgive him. Thinking that Nung listened to his nephew, he unexpectedly took out the scissors and stabbed Luan repeatedly.

Being attacked suddenly, the stab wounds hit vital areas, bleeding profusely, causing Luan to collapse on the spot. The youths and local people took Luan to the emergency room, but due to the severity of his injuries, he died. After committing the crime, Nung went home to sleep as if nothing had happened.

It is known that Vi Van Nung used to be a gentle person, but in recent years he became a debauched person, drinking all day and coming home he would abuse his wife and children.
