Prosecution of group of subjects who beat young man unconscious on National Highway 1A

On September 21, information from Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that the Investigation Police Agency had initiated a case, prosecuted the accused, and temporarily detained Le Van Dinh (born 1978), Le Van Ba ​​(born 1973) and Nguyen Hoang Duong (born 1976), all residing in Nong Cong district (Thanh Hoa) to investigate and clarify the act of "Murder".

According to the police, because the victim's injury assessment results are not yet available, the suspects' charges have not been determined.

Previously, on the afternoon of August 21, when Mr. NDS (born in 1992, residing in Dong Quang commune, Dong Son district) was driving a motorbike on National Highway 1A through Hoang Quy commune, Hoang Hoa district (Thanh Hoa), 3 people in a car used their hands and feet to punch and kick Mr. S in the face and head.

Although Mr. S. was lying on the street and unconscious, he was still kicked in the body and head, and a helmet was used to hit him hard. During the investigation and verification, the police arrested the above 3 subjects at noon on August 24.

At the police station, Dinh confessed that on the way back from selling goats with Ba and Duong to the Quan Doc area on National Highway 1A (through Trieu Loc commune, Hau Loc district), he thought that Mr. S. driving the motorbike in front did not let him pass.

When the car passed Mr. S., the subjects still saw Mr. S. following closely behind. Thinking that Mr. S. was deliberately following, they stopped the car and assaulted him.

Afterwards, Mr. S. was transferred to Thanh Hoa Provincial General Hospital for emergency treatment and then transferred to Hanoi for monitoring and treatment.

The case is currently under investigation and clarification.
