As reported, at around 2:00 p.m. on September 11, 2014, at Dien Thap Primary School, Dien Chau District (Nghe An), a tragic accident occurred, resulting in the deaths and injuries of 3 students.
At that time, a group of students were sitting under a water tank in the school yard when suddenly the tank collapsed, killing two students, Nguyen Tien Phi (born 2004, residing in Hamlet 6) and Truong Tien Manh (born 2004, residing in Hamlet 8). Ngo Sy Hoang (born 2004, residing in Hamlet 7) was the lucky student to escape.
