Prosecution of the case of a man who punched a traffic police officer in the face when being tested for alcohol concentration
When asked to take an alcohol test, Mr. Hai drove away on his motorbike, while Mr. Tuyen punched a traffic police officer in the face.
On March 10, Hai Phong City Police issued a decision to prosecute the criminal case "Resisting law enforcement officers" happened on 2/3.
Previously, at around 9:00 p.m. on March 2, a working group from Traffic Police Team No. 3, Traffic Police Department - Hai Phong City Police performed the task of patrolling, controlling and checking alcohol concentration at the Tam Ky intersection, in An Bien ward, Le Chan district.
During the working process, the working group discovered Mr. Vu Hai (born in 1956, residing in An Bien ward, Le Chan district) driving a motorbike with license plate number: 15B4 - 262.56 carrying Mr. Doan Van Tuyen (born in 1956, residing in Thuong Ly ward, Hong Bang district).
When the task force asked to stop the car and check the alcohol concentration, Mr. Hai drove away, and Mr. Tuyen punched a soldier in the face.
Currently, the authorities are continuing to investigate and handle the case according to regulations.
