At that time, Mr. Bui Trong Tam (born in 1993), residing in Viet Huong village, Chau Hoi commune, was driving a motorbike at high speed and crashed straight into a motorbike going in the opposite direction driven by a young man from Ke Khum village, Chau Hoi commune (identity unknown).

As a result, both motorbikes were severely damaged, Mr. Tam died on the spot, the motorbike driver in the opposite direction was seriously injured and died on the way to the emergency room at Quy Chau General Hospital. It is known that both victims were not wearing helmets when driving the motorbike and were driving at high speed.

Previously, also in Quy Chau district at 10:00 p.m. on July 27, 2011 at Km 91 National Highway 48 (section passing through Chau Thang commune), a traffic accident occurred when two motorbikes traveling in opposite directions at high speed crashed head-on into each other, killing one person on the spot (Tran Van Duc, born in 1990, residing in Tan Huong block, Tan Lac town, Quy Chau) and injuring two others./.
