(Baonghean.vn) - Ship HQ-629 belongs to Squadron 311, Brigade 161, Naval Region 3. Every year the ship operates 9-10 months at sea, many trips last 50, 60 days and almost every year officers and soldiers celebrate Tet at sea.

Ship 629 operates for 9-10 months each year. Up to now, the ship has made hundreds of trips to protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands, protect oil and gas exploration and exploitation ships, and prevent and repel hundreds of foreign ships that illegally violate the sovereignty of our country's waters. Over the years, Ship 629 has become a typical example of progress in carrying out the task of protecting sovereignty at sea and is a reliable support and solid foundation for fishermen to go offshore.
