The report of the leader of General Hospital 115 shows that the total cost of medical examination and treatment under insurance in 2015 was 54 billion; in 2016 it was more than 122 billion; in 2017 it was more than 125 billion...
The leader of 115 General Hospital stated that currently, within the same level, the number of patients admitted by each hospital is different, and the techniques are also different.
Therefore, this hospital recommends that the province should not allocate the Health Insurance Fund to units "equally" as it is currently, because this will limit the professional development of medical facilities; leading to a decrease in the quality of treatment and patient service, especially for hospitals with good professional capacity.
