Not looking, hit by train and died

(Baonghean.vn) -At about 10:15 a.m. on April 5, on the North-South railway, at a level crossing in hamlet 10, Nghi Trung commune, Nghi Loc district (Nghe An), an accident occurred, killing one person.

The victim was identified as Nguyen Trung Thanh (born in 1988, from Nghi Thai commune, Nghi Loc district) - a cadastral officer of Nghi Trung commune.

Accordingly, at the above time, when Mr. Thanh was riding his motorbike across the railway, there was a traffic light but no barrier. At this moment, the SE8 train running from Nghe An to Hanoi suddenly came speeding towards him and crashed head-on, causing Mr. Thanh to be thrown 50m away and died on the spot.

Immediately after the accident, train SE8 stopped to make a record of the scene and handle the incident. Traffic police, Nghi Loc district police, and Nghi Trung commune police were also present at the scene to handle and investigate the cause of the incident.
