It is because of that lack of interest that the tournament is about to open that SLNA Club has just received an Official Dispatch from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism requesting the establishment of the Nghe An Children's Team to participate in the tournament. And it is not known whether because of being too rushed or to deal with this document, SLNA Club sent a not-so-excellent team to participate in the tournament and as a result was eliminated from the quarter-finals with a 0-3 loss to the team from Thai Binh.
